Fundraisers
The OMS Fundraisers are a great way to raise money for our clubs, groups, programs and events, but the importance goes far beyond the financial. Our fundraisers bring the OMS community together like few other endeavors can, strengthening the relationships between the school and OMS families.
Amazon Smile

Book Fair
The Book Fair takes place in the Spring. The books are provided for sale by Anderson’s Book Fair Company. It is a great family event and a wonderful fundraiser for the Olive PTA. There are always many volunteer opportunities since this is a big event, so consider volunteering once the date is set.
Box Tops / Labels for Education
We collect eligible box tops and labels for education in order to raise funds for the PTA and purchase merchandise for the school. We run two class by class challenges each year (October and February). The classes with the highest point total get to select a prize or reward for their class. A number of volunteers trim, sort and count the box tops and labels and we submit them for cash and points.
House Hop
This annual fundraiser is held on a Saturday evening in the fall. At the event you will enjoy food and drinks at the homes of fellow OMS parents. It’s a great opportunity to meet new OMS families and reconnect with the people you already know. On the evening of the event, you will receive house assignments which includes a rotation between two houses for two hours each. Thanks to the generosity of the volunteer house hosts, all proceeds from this event go to the Olive-Mary Stitt PTA.
Just Jump
Just Jump is an annual fundraiser that supports meaningful activities the PTA sponsors each year, such as The Owl Way, Bingo Night, Activity Nights and many more. Students will be jumping for 10 minutes during P.E. class during a week in October. We are asking family members to sponsor their children with a monetary donation. All OMS students will have the opportunity to participate in JUST JUMP and sponsorship is optional.

School Supplies
OMS PTA partners with 1st Day School Supplies to develop a grade level customized kit that includes brand products delivered directly to Olive Mary-Stitt. It provides a convenient online one stop shop with a portion of the proceeds going to the PTA to fund clubs and events.
Spirit Wear
Every fall our PTA sells Olive spirit wear. The sale begins the first week of school, ending a few weeks later. There are a variety of items for sale, from sweatshirts to t-shirts to pants, all with an Olive school logo on them. Each year new items are chosen to keep your spirit wear new and up to date. The sale is online only but samples are on display at Olive for help with sizing.
Trivia Night
This fun and fabulous fundraising event needs a committee chair! It won’t happen this school year if we don’t find someone to help take over the planning and production of the event. This adults only event typically held in February raises a substantial amount of money for our PTA. The evening not only includes trivia for the themed tables/groups of attendees, but solicits and creates raffle baskets to further the fun and fundraising.
